Apple Strudel

Ingredients
1/3 cup raisins, soaked and drained3 cups firm apples (e.g., Granny Smiths), peeled, cored and sliced2 Tablespoons white sugar3 Tablespoons flour1/4 teaspoon cinnamondash of nutmeg or ground ginger or lemon zest8 sheets of phyllo dough1/2 stick of butter, melted
Directions
Mix filling. Layer phyllo dough, brushed with melted butter. Fill phyllo dough with mixture. Roll up. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or at 400 for 30 minutes, until golden. Decorate with powdered sugar.
