Spinach & Orange Salad

Ingredients
Salad• 1 package spinach, baby leaf, torn• 1 can mandarin oranges• 1/4 red onion, sliced• handful craisinsVinaigrette• 1/3 cup raspberry vinegar• 1/4 cup olive oil• 1 tablespoon sugar• 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
Directions
1. Combine spinach, mandarins, onions and craisins in large serving bowl
2. Vinaigrette: Combine all four ingredients in a jar with tight fitting lid. Shake well until combined. Makes 2/3 cup dressing.
3. Drizzle over salad. Let stand 5 minutes. Toss gently.
