Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients
8 oz. Sour cream, reduced fat2-3 cups cubed or shredded chicken cooked1 small can green chilies1 can Campbell's cream of chicken soup (98% fat free)1 cup cheddar cheese (low fat)1 can enchilada sauce1 pkg whole wheat tortillasshredded cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Spray baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Mix first five ingredients well and spoon into small whole wheat tortillas. Roll up and put into baking dish. Pour sauce over the enchiladas. Bake for 30 minutes.

Remove from oven and top enchiladas with cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Serve while hot or put in refridgerator for later. They taste great for leftovers. :)
