Boneless-Skinless Chicken TendersDiet Margarine (Smart Balance)Louisiana Hot SauceGarlic PowderLemon Juice
1. Melt margarine in small sauce pan or in microwave
2. Wisk hot sauce, lemon juice and garlic powder
3. Place chicken tenders on baking sheet, coated with nonfat cooking spray
4. Drizzle hot sauce mixture over chicken, toss to coat well.
5. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
6. Serve warm over salad or with celery and carrot sticks. If desired use fat free blue cheese, creamy garlic or ranch dressing.
Makes 3 - 5 to 7 oz. servings
