Pumpkin Roll

Ingredients
3 eggs - beaten 5 minutes1 cup sugar2/3 cup pumpkin1 tsp soda1/2 tsp salt3/4 cup flour8 oz cream cheese2 tbsp butter1 cup powdered sugar
Directions
Beat eggs 5 minutes. Add sugar, pumpkin, soda, salt, and flour. Grease and flour cookie sheet. Pour batter onto sheet. Bake 15 minutes at 350. Dump on dishcloth and roll up. Cool 1 hour. Unroll and fill with the filling. Roll back up and cover with foil or wrap and chill. Cut and serve.

Filling: mix well and spread on roll.
