Tasty Hamburger Soup

Ingredients
Carrots, raw, .75 cup, chopped Stewed Tomatoes, 14 oz canWater, tap, 4 cupsMushrooms, canned, 2 sm cansGarlic, 2 cloves choppedOregano, ground, 1 tsp Ground Beef Lean, browned & drained 1 lb2 beef boullion cubessalt and/or seasoned salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Brown beef in skillet & drain.
Add remaining ingredients except mushrooms into pot and bring to a boil.
Add mushrooms about 10 mins before you remove from heat.
Reduce heat and simmer on low for 20-30 mins.
Can serve with parmesan or mozzerella cheese on top.
