Ingredients
perdue ground chicken, 2lbsHot Pepper Sauce, 1/2 cupCelery, raw, 4 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Onions, raw, 1 small *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp potato roll, 8 rolls
Directions
heat olive oil add onion and celery. remove vegetables when cooked add chicken. cook until no longer pink. add hot sauce heat through. serve on potato roll can add a dollop of low fat ranch dressing. serves 8.
