Crockpot Creamy Chicken

Ingredients
8 oz Cream Cheese 1 lb chicken breastdry chicken gravy pkg1 cup white wine1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
Directions
Put chicken in crockpot, sprinkle dry chicken (not TURKEY) gravy on top. Combine wine and soup. Pour on top. Cook 6 hours on low. Add cream cheese and stir. Cook 30 more minutes. Serve over rice.
