4.5 cups left over Healthy Stuffing (see recipe)10 oz diced left over turkey, light and dark meat1 egg, lightly beaten.5 cup cranberries (from fresh or frozen) diced or halved
Combine all ingredients well.
Shape into 6 equally sized balls and place in greased baking dish.
Bake loosely covered at 325 deg approx 20-25 mins
until heated through.
