Easy Veggie Beef Stew

Ingredients
1 can (46 oz) of V8 juice2 pks. frozen mixed vegetables1 lb. stew beef1 can red kidney beans1 can diced no-salt added tomatoes2 whole bay leaves
Directions
Pour V8 juice into the slow cooker. I like to use the liners to make clean up SUPER easy. Trim fat from stew beef pieces, and cut into 2" cubes, add to slow cooker. Add frozen mixed veggies, drain kidney beans and tomatoes and add to slow cooker. Season to taste. Cook on low all day (about 8 hours) and enjoy! Makes 12 2 cup servings.
