Cinna - Raisin Snax

Ingredients
100g spelt flour30g brown sugar1 tbsp olive oil1/2 tbsp cinnamon3 tbsp water2 tbsp Thompson raisins, soaked in hot water and drained
Directions
Pre-heat the oven to 400F, lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
Combine all ingredients into a firm dough, using your hands to knead if necessary.
Form small, thin ropes, and place them in the baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes, then turn off the oven and cool 20 minutes inside.
