Pork & Pepper Stir Fry

Pork Tenderloin, 24 oz (remove)Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 20 strips (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips (remove)Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 4 cup (remove)Garlic, 1 tsp (remove)*Canola Oil, 3 tbsp (remove)*Hoisin Sauce, 2 tbsp (remove)
1. Cut Pork Tenderloin into cubes and slice peppers.
2. Heat Oil over med-high in pan or wok and then add pork and garlic & Salt & Pepper. Saute until pork is slightly pink inside.
3. Add Peppers and saute until tender but crisp.
4. Add Hoisin Sauce (but I use Orange Ginger Sauce) and Let simmer for about 5 minutes.
Serve with Rice or Chow Mein Noodles
