8 to 10Italian Zucchini or Mexica zucchini,1 16oz low fat riccotta cheese, 2 16oz bag of motzerrela cheese,2 boxes of frozen spinish1 pound ground beef or gound turkey1 jar of spagetti sause, salt and pepper to taste.first you cut the zucchinies log ways about 1/2 an inch, then you bake them in the oven add a little bit of salt so the water can come out. cook the gound beef or turkey until bonwed, when the zucchinies are ready place them like if they were the pasta sheets and add the gound beef the reccotta cheese and the drained spinach mixed together, the spaggeti sause, and the cheese, if you like you can add layer to make it nicer.
