2 c chopped celery, including leaves1/2 c chopped pitted green olives2 T evoo2 T white wine vinegar1 tsp oregano1 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepper

1. Mix all ingredients in medium size plastic or glass bowl until well combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least four hours or as long as overnite.
