Ingredients
1 small head cabbage 3 or 4 ribs of celery 2 or 3 green peppers2 or 3 carrots2 medium to large onions2 large cans diced tomatoes2 large cans diced tomatoes1 can beef brothwatersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
cut all vegetables into bite size pieces.

Place all raw vegetables but onions in large soup pot with just enough water to cover and cook until the cabbage is done.

Use more or less of each vegetable. I prefer a lot of celery.

Add onions, tomatoes and beef stock and simmer for about 30 minutes.
