Oh So Yummy Apple Oatmeal

Quaker Quick Cooking Oats (1 minute type)2 Apples3 tbs Splenda Brown Sugar Blend1 tbs. Cinnamon
Core and slice the apples, (you could peel them too but I like the skin). Place them in a microwave safe dish with about 1 tbs water. Microwave for about 4 minutes or until soft. Boil 3 1/2 cups water and a dash of salt in a large pot. Add oatmeal and cooked apples. Continue boiling for 1 minute (may need longer to soak up all water). Stir in Splenda and cinnamon.
Can top with anything you like in oatmeal such as raisins, dried cherries, craisins, milk, maple syrup, crushed nuts, etc.
Makes 4 large servings. Can be reheated.
