Chorizo burrito filling

Ingredients
1 lb. chorizo sausages1 15-oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed1 red pepper, diced1 green pepper, diced1 red onion, diced
Directions
Remove the chorizo from wrappings and saute over medium heat, stirring to break it apart. Once browned, add beans, peppers, and onion and saute for 5-10 minutes until vegetables are soft. Serve with corn tortillas, cheese, guacamole, or other burrito toppings.
