Apple Puff Pancake

Ingredients
Apples, 2 medium Butter, unsalted, 1.5 tbsp Egg, fresh, 3 medium Whole Wheat Flour, .75 cup Milk, 1%, .75 cup Honey, 2 tbsp Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Melt Butter in large cast iron skillet. Peel and slice apples, add to butter. Cook apples until golden brown and soft on low heat - about 5 mins. When apples are brown, drizzle honey and sprinkle cinnamon on apples and try to arrange them evenly on the bottom of the pan. Turn off heat.
Wisk eggs, milk, and flour together. Pour evenly over apples. Cook at 400 until brown and cooked through.

    Very tasty and I didn't feel over full. I served this with an apple juice reduction mixed with a little honey. - 1/2/09

    It's not bad, but I made it just like this says to (after trying to figure it out) and I thought it may need something yet. I served mine with butter spray and maple syrup which helped some. (a fruit syrup could be nice!) It is good though. Thanks :) - 1/1/09
