Ingredients
1 pkg vanilla sugar free instant pudding (4 serving)1 1/2 cups lowfat eggnog1/4 t. nutmeg2 cups Cool Whip Free1 Graham cracker crust
Directions
Mix pudding, nutmeg and eggnog. Blend in thawed Cool Whip. Chill several hours. Can top with pressurized whipped cream and sprinkle nutmeg.

    Tasty! I used the larger jello and about 2 cups eggnog, 1/2 t.nutmeg (a little less is better), about 2 1/2 c Cool Whip and the larger 10" pre-made crust. Very easy. - 1/1/16
