GOOD FOR YOU EGG NOG

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup - Egg Substitute1/4 cup - Splenda1 Qt - Skim Milk1 teas - Vanilla Extract
Directions
In a large saucepan, beat together egg substitute and sugar, stir in 2 cups of the milk. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is thick enough to coat a metal spoon with a thin film and reaches at least 160 degrees F. Remove from heat.
Stir remaining 2 cups of milk and vanilla extract into the mixture. Cover and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled; several hours or overnight.
Serve in cups with nutmeg sprinkled on top.
Makes 4 - 1 cup servings.
