Apple Cinnamon Quick Cereal

Ingredients
3/4 of a medium apple1 cup of boiling water1/2 tsp of cinnamon1/4 tsp of nutmeg1/2 cup of dry quick oats1 TBSP of Soy Milk
Directions
Chop the apple into very small pieces and put them in a small pot with one cup of water. Boil the water and then add the quick oats. Reduce heat and add spices and sugar. Let cook for about 5 mins until oats are soft. Stir often. Add soy milk and serve.
