Very good. To the ones asking if you make the pudding first. No, mix the powder with the pineapple and its juice. - 5/5/09

Surprisingly good! And if you are wondering, do not add the milk to the butterscotch pudding. Just add it to the can of crushed pineapple and juice included. - 12/28/17

I think this is alot more than 8 servings. I eat one cup at a time which is more than enough and it seems to make more than 8. - 10/19/09

I made this and it is really good. I only had pineapple tidbits, but I bet the crushed pineapple would be better. A few chopped walnuts or pecans would be good thrown in with it too! - 10/12/09

highly recommend this and I am not a big fan of apples. Went over very well with everyone and they couldn't believe it was low cal. Make sure to cut the apples up in small pcs. - 5/26/09

I made this with the powder and I loved it. The sugar free pudding gives it a somewhat weird taste, but I used to it from using sugar free products. YUMMY! Same question as posted b efore...do you prepare the pudding or just use the powder? Someone please come back and tell us!!! - 4/28/09

This was really good. My apple chunks were a little too large, I'll cut them smaller next time, but everyone really liked it. - 2/10/09

Made this for a work "food day" so I had something healthy to eat, and it was gone before I could even get some. Everyone loved it. I doubled the recipe but only did one thing of fat free cool whip. Definitely a keeper! - 12/23/08
