1 c frozen blueberries1 bananasweetner of your preferrence6 egg white or prepared egg white product1/2 almond milk
Directions
2 serving.
Left overs maybe frozen into an ice cube tray to reblend the next day. You may prefreeze the banana ( in chunks) and the blueberries to make a smoothie.
