Maple Braised Root Vegetables

Ingredients
3 small turnips2 parsnips2 carrots1 leek2 T maple syrup2 T olive oilSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cut veggies to one inch cubes, toss in syrup, oil and salt and pepper. Cook at 450 for an hour, stirring every 20 minutes.
