3.3 Cups of Quaker Oat Bran hot cereal10 tsp Splenda3 Large Egg Whites (Slightly Beaten)3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil3 tbsp Fax Seed Meal1/4 cup of 1% milk1.25 cups of water3 tsp Baking Powder6 tsp Cinnamon GroundOptional2/3 cup of Blueberries (Frozen)
Preheat oven to 425 F. Line muffin cups with paper or spray bottoms only with no=stick cooking spray. Combine dry ingredients, mix well. Add combined milk, water,egg whites, oil mixed well to dry ingredients until moistened. Fill prepared muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake 15 to 17 minutes or until golden brown The reason for muffin cups is it shapes the cookie.
