Ingredients
Jack Daniel's Honey Smokehouse BBQ Sauce, 32 tbsp Soy Sauce, .25 cupSoup, beef broth bouillon and consomme, canned, condensed, commercial, 1 can (10.5 oz) Beef chuck, 3 lb Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup Green Peppers (bell peppers), .5 cupOnions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped Peas, frozen, 1 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 0.5 cup kernelsPotato, raw, 3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Maple Syrup, .20 cup black papper, 1.5 tsp
Directions
Put beef chuck in crock pot
Add soy sauce, pepper, tenderizer
Mix up then add barbeque sauce and maple syrup
mix
add veggies
cook in crockpot for 6 to 8 hours
