Italian Salad

Ingredients
3 cups romaine lettuce shredded1 cup yellow onion sliced thin4 oz Parmesan garlic herb pork loin (Archer Farms)1 stalk green onion3 tbsp onion powdersalt and pepper to taste1 garlic clove diced into small bits3 Tbsp garlic powder8 Tbsp Regina Fine Red Wine Vinegar3 Tbsp Bertolli Classico Olive Oil2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
Directions
First rinse lettuce and dry
Break lettuce into small pieces and place into a medium bowl
Slice onions and garlic into small pieces and mix with lettuce
Add pre-cooked meat ( I recommend Parmesan garlic herb pork loin by Archer Farms cook the night before)
Add the rest of the dry ingredients: onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
The measurements do not have to be exact just measure by taste.
Make sure the lettuce is mixed with all the dry ingredients before adding the oil and vinegar
Once all the dry ingredients are mixed with the onion, meat, and garlic add the vinegar and oil.

Mix well and serve chilled.
