Chewy Apple Oat Meal Cookies

1 C salt free butter, soften1 C Slenda brown sugar1/2 C. Slenda Sugar for baking2 Lg. Eggs1 1/2 cup all purpose flour2 tsp. ground cinnamon1 tsp. baking soda1/4 tsp. Salt3 C. Old Fashion Oats1/2 C. chopped Dried Apples
Makes 4 dozen cookies
1. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs and vanilla. Combine the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt in a seperate bowl. Gradually add the flour mixture to the creamed mixture, beating well after each addition. Stir in the oats and apples.
2. Drop by round tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 mins. or until golden brown. Let stand for 1 min, before removing to wire racks.
