Ingredients
1 spagetti squash cooked and scooped out 1 cup corn1 lb ground beef 1 jahapeno pepper chopped finely2 tblsp pimientos sliced1 c. cooked brown rice1 c. cheddar cheese shredded
Directions
take a cake pan add water to bottom of it place spaggetti squash upside down in it cook at 350 till done. remove squash from shell. place in greased baking dish. add hamburger meat, then corn jalapeno, pimientos,rice cheese
