Lowfat Quiche

Ingredients
1/2 C Green Pepers cut in strips1/2 C Onion cut it strips1 C fresh spinach2 T Olive Oil1/2 C Shredded Cheddar Cheese1 C Egg substitue
Directions

Cook vegetables in olive oil. Approx 5 mins.
Mix vegetables, egg substiture and cheese in bowl. Pour into a pie dish coated with cooking spray. Bake 350* 30 mins.
