* *Flour, white, 1.5 cup (remove) * Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp (remove) * Salt, .25 tsp (remove) * Mint chocolate chip, 10 oz (approx 60 pcs) (remove) * Butter, unsalted, 6 tbsp (remove) * Granulated Sugar, 1 cup (remove) * Vanilla Extract, 1.5 tsp (remove) * Egg, fresh, 2 medium (remove) * Mint chocolate chip, .5 cup chips (6 oz package) (remove) * Powdered Sugar, .5 cup, unsifted (remove)
Mix flour, baking powder, salt in a small bowl. Melt 10 oz. choco chips over water (or use double boiler). Beat butter and sugar till creamy. Add melted chocolate and vanilla till blended, add eggs. Beat in flour mix, then stir (by hand) remaining morsels. Refrigerate dough at least one hour (preferably more). Make balls and roll in remaining powdered sugar. Bake at 350 for 10 - 12 minutes or until tops of cookies appear cracked. cool for five minutes on sheet, then transfer to wire rack.
