Fantastic! The only thing I changed was piercing the meat and placing pieces of garlic in before browning the roast and a small can of spicy V-8 to the liquid. I removed the roast and veggies and made a gravy. SUPER moist and tender. Will definately make again. - 4/3/11

I served this recipe tonight for dinner. The roast came out sooo tender. It's good to be able to buy an inexpensive piece of meat and have it come out terrific! This will definitely be a family favorite! Thanks - 11/11/08

I made this with a frozen roast-I forgot to defrost it the night before. It turned out very good. Couldn't be easier to make. I like adding some celery with the veggies. Would be even better if I had been able to brown it so that it would have that carmelization going on! - 8/25/08
