Blackberry Salmon Salad

Ingredients
1 cup arugula leaves1 frozen salmon fillet, thawed3/4 cup fresh blackberries (about 10)2 tsp olive oil, divided1 tsp lemon juice1 dash of pepper
Directions
Turn your broiler to high.

Drizzle 1 tsp of olive oil on salmon fillet and season with a dash of pepper. Broil for about 5 minutes.

Once the salmon is cooked, add it to the arugula and blackberries. Drizzle 1 tsp of olive oil and lemon juice over the salad.
