Ingredients
Use any box of cake mix, a tub of cool whip, 2 eggs and some powdered sugar.
Directions
Use any box of cake mix, add two eggs and a tub of cool whip. Mix well. Drop globs of dough into powdered sugar; roll around. Pick up and place on cookie tray. Cook at 350 for 8-10 minutes. Makes approximately 48 cookies.

    Very easy recipe; Dough is very sticky; Do not overbake; My husband and daughter love them; I used lemon cake mix an regular cool whip. I will try with low fat cool whip & low sugar chocolate cake mix next. - 12/19/08

    My version includes a tsp of lemon extract and only one egg. Add a glaze of lemon juice and powdered sugar on top for added zing!

    Never thought of trying other cake mixes! Great tip! - 1/13/09
