Uka Banana Nut Chocolate Chip Bread

Ingredients
Salt, .5 tsp Banana, fresh, 1 cup, mashed Baking Soda, .5 tsp Walnuts, .5 cup, chopped Semisweet chocolate, .5 cup mini chips Allspice, .25 tsp Cinnamon, ground, .25 tsp Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Flour, white, 1.25 cup Baking Powder, 1 tsp Applesauce, unsweetened, 0.5 cup Egg, fresh, 1largeMilk, nonfat, 0.25 cupSplenda No Calorie Sweetener, 24 tsp Oil, 1 Tbsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray. In large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, nuts, chips, salt, baking soda, allspice and cinnamon. In medium bowl, whisk together bananas, sugar, apple sauce, egg, milk, oil and vanilla. Stir apple sauce mixture into flour mixture just until moistened. Spread batter into loaf pan. Bake 60 min or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Invert on wire rack; turn fight side up. Cool completely. Cut into 16 slices.
