Hamburger Potato Soup

Ingredients
1 lb. Ground Beef5 Potatoes1 Small Onion, diced1.5 Quarts Skim Milk
Directions
1. Bring large pot of water to boil. Wash and peel potatoes. Cut into 1 inch cubes. Add potatoes to boiling water and cook until tender.
2. Meanwhile brown ground beef and onion in skillet over medium high until beef is no longer pink. Drain.
3. Once potatoes are cooked, drain water and return potatoes to pan. Add hamburger and milk.
4. Heat over low/medium low until soup is heated through.

Makes eight 1 1/3 cup servings.
