Handmade Pepperoni Calzone

Ingredients
1 whole pizza crust - Pillsbury Refridgerated Crust1/4 lb of Deli Pepperoni (about 10-12 slices)1.5 cups of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese3 tbsp of Parmesan
Directions
- Open the Pillsbury Pizza Crust
- Mold the crust into a circle
- Place the crust on a cookie sheet or pizza stone
- One one side, pour and spread 3/4 cup Mozzarella
- Add 7 pieces of Pepperoni in a wide row
- Cover with 1/2 cup Mozzarella
- Add the last 3 pieces of Pepperoni
- Cover with the remaining cheese
- Carefully fold the empty side fo the crust over to form a half circle
- Mold the sides together
- Seal the sides by pressing with a fork around the edges

Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes
