Curry Rice

Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef3 potatoes3 carrots1 large onion2 stalks celery2 cups dry rice4 cups water for rice6 cups water for curry sauce2 pkg. S & B Golden Curry Sauce Mix
Directions
Cook rice.
Dice onion and saute with ground beef.
Cut up carrots, potatoes, celery and boil in 6 cups of water.
When vegetables are done, add 2 packages of Golden Curry cubes (S & B brand) to the water and stir until dissolved.
Add meat and onions to the sauce and simmer 10 minutes.
Serve over rice.
