Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
10 large field mushrooms200 grams cottage cheese100 grams turkey breast meat(or you can use chicken breast)1 or 2 tbsp shredded parmesan1 or 2 large red peppers
Directions
First cook the mushrooms in boiling water until soft and brown.Just before they're ready for consumption cut away their stumps and fill them with a mixture of the cottage cheese and the chopped peppers.Slice the meat and put a thin slice on each mushroom piece.Bake this for about 5-10 minutes in the preheated oven,then spread them with some parmesan cheese .
