1 c. chicken broth2 oz. couscous dry yeild1/4 c. mushrooms pieces or slices3 T. sour cream, reduced fat1/2 c. black beans
Cook chicken broth in microwave for 5 min or until boiling.
Add to couscous and mushrooms
Cook black beans for 1.5 min, until hot
Mix all ingredients together
(use sodium free chicken broth to reduce the salt)
