Winter Salad

Ingredients
4 C chopped Romaine Lettuce2 stalks celery1 ripe pear1 sweet apple (Golden Delicious or Honey Crisp)1 Green Onion 1/2 C dried cranberries1/4 C chopped cashews1/4 C Shredded SwissPoppyseed Dressing to taste
Directions
Wash & chop romaine, celery, green onion, apple and pear. Toss to combine. Add cranberries, cashews and swiss cheese on top. Serve with a side of prepared Poppyseed Dressing.
