2 eggs2 egg yolks1 cup heavy cream1 cup whole milk8 ounces bacon (uncooked, sliced into 1/2" pieces)4 ounces gruyere cheese, shredded1 Pillsbury all-ready pie crust
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook bacon in pan, draining away fat. Bake pie crust for 5 to 7 minutes.
Mix eggs, yolks, cream, milk, salt, and pepper together, whisking until well blended.
Evenly spread bacon and shredded cheese in bottom of pie crust. Pour egg mixture over bacon and cheese. Bake at 375 for 35 minutes. It will continue to cook after removing from the oven.
Serves 8 pieces from 9" pie pan.
