1-3/4 cups and 2 tablespoons Oat Bran Flour1-1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda1/4 teaspoon Salt3/4 cup Light Butter1/4 cup and 1 teaspoon Splenda Brown Sugar Blend3/4 cup and 1 tablespoon and 2 teaspoons Splenda Granular Sugar Blend3 large Egg Whites3/4 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract1-1/2 cups Fine Chopped Pecans
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Sift together Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, and Salt.
2. In a mixing bowl, cream togher butter and sugar replacements. Beat in egg and vanilla. Mix in the flour mixture. Fold in pecans. Drop by rounded teaspoon onto ungreased baking sheet.
3. Bake in preheated oven for about 10 minutes. Cool cookies slightly before removing from pan.
Makes 60 tablespoon size cookies - serving size 1 cookie
