Steamed Carrot Pudding

Ingredients
1/2 cup Shortening1 cup Sugar1 1/2 cup Grated Raw Carrot1 1/2 cup Grated Raw Potatoe1 cup Flour1 tsp Baking Soda1 tsp Salt1 tsp Cinnamon1/2 tsp Cloves1 cup Raisins
Directions
Cream sugar and shotening.
Add carrot and potatoe
Sift together flour, soda and spices
Add raisins
Fill greased pudding mold 3/4 full.
Cover tightly

Steam 2 hrs 30 minutes
Unmold
