Danish Butter Cookies

Ingredients
3/4 cup salted Butter1 cup Granulated Sugar2 Eggs1 tsp Lemon juice1 tsp Vanilla Extract2 1/2 cups white flour
Directions
Combine the butter and sugar in a large mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed for 3 to 4 minutes, or until well mixed. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after every addition. Add lemon juice and vanilla; mix well. Add the flour; mix well. Using a pastry bag with a large star tip, squeeze the dough into 1 1/2 inch circles onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until light brown. Cool on a wire rack before serving.
