4 Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves1 jar (16oz.) prepared salsa3 tablespoons brown sugar1 teaspoon brown mustard
Preheat oven 350 degrees
Place the chicken in a shallow baking dish. In a medium bowl, stir together salsa, brown sugar and mustard; pour over chicken. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
Bake 1 hour, or until chicken is cooked through. Remove foil for the last 15 minutes to brown the chicken.

I made with cutlets instead of breasts so I may have overcooked. I love how easy it is, very quick too. I made it in the oven - and it came out good! I think I may try it with breasts so it's not as dry - I will definitely be making this again, such a quick and easy recipe that's yummy! - 11/4/10
