Ingredients
Directions
4 eggs4 cups flour1/2 cup Crisco1 stick unsalted butter1 cup Splenda4 tsp. baking powder2 tsp. vanilla extract1 cup toasted sesame seeds
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. To toast sesame seeds, spread on baking sheet and bake for about 5-10 minutes. Set aside.
Cream butter, Crisco, and Splenda until golden and fluffy. Add eggs, vanilla, and sesame seeds. Sift flour with baking powder and add to egg mixture. Dough should be dry but not too dry. Shape into 2" to 2 1/2" rolls the size of a cigar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet (silicone mats are the BEST!) and bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. If you like them extra crisp, bake a little longer.
