1 cup Hulled Barley1 can diced tomatoes (15 oz size)1 small onion (diced)1 cup chopped mixed bell peppers (or your favorite blend, sweet, spicy, in season or ?)2 cups broth1 cup water
Spray olive oil in your rice cooker. Put in all ingredients and run it for about an hour or until all liquid is absorbed.
