Bake 375 F. Use oil to grease 2 cookie sheets. Puree wet ingredients together in one bowl and mix dry ingredients in another bowl. Then add wet to dry mixture. Stir until combined, but don't over mix. Drop tablespoon dough on cookie sheet, shape the dough as you wish because cookies don't spread. This is Dr. Galland's receipe from his Fat Resistance Diet program.
