Super Easy Sheppard's Pie

1 lb lean ground beef1 can Mushroom Gravy1 can Sweet Peas2 cups Mashed Potatoes1 cup shreadded cheddar cheese
1) Brown ground beef in skillet. Drain and spread across bottom of baking dish. Pour mushroom gravy over top of beef. Add peas. Cover with mashed potatoes, then cheese.
2) Cover with foil and bake at 400 degrees for about 25 minutes or until cheese bubbly.
Makes about 8 servings.

This is called a cottage pie when it's made with beef; Shepherd's pie when it sheep are herded for it. It's also made with a tomato base, which might reduce the calories quite a bit. (From dating a detailed Brit!) - 12/22/08

I am sure it is good, but I just can't seem to bring mysself to eat it. I don't really see it in the stores out here, but I know there are places around here to get it.
